We did have to put our door code in to two different doors but that was a sign that our things should be well protected!

Super friendly and efficient customer service reps! Any issues and they'll go above and beyond to resolve. Units upkeep is spectacular. Super clean and still with that brand new smell! LOL glad I chose this cubesmart location. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

The building is very large and has 2 elevators. One hasn't been working for a while which makes it very difficult when you are moving large quantities and others are trying to access units as well. The people are very helpful and nice but you can't have a large climate controlled building with hundreds of units and only one elevator working. Getting it repaired should have been Job 1.

This Cube Smart is very convenient to my home. LaKisha went out of her way to accpmodate us, having alot of patience and showing us several units. It's clean and has great security features in place. I would definitely recommend.

Well i rented a small apt as im not familiar w the area. So i had alot of winter clother etc...i used to go to extra storage in the past but i must say Chris the manager and brittany were great. The safety of the elevators, was all explained. I rented their truck and it went so smooth plus if its raining they have a giant awning. What i did not expect was nice conversation, also offering me a bottle water, and restrooms. Those were things of the past in the good days, its was a pleasure and i thank you all. :-)

Went in and had my reservation. Walked unit and signed agreement. All of 15 minutes.

It looked clean. Using individual code makes it secure. Do not like the requirement to buy insurance. Did not see that requirement online and was not told until there.

I reserved a unit online and the very next day, Aisha contacted me and thanked me for doing business with CubeSmart. I was also greeted at the door by this lovely, young lady who is very enthusiastic about her job - helping people! Best customer service ever! I was also introduced to Jose who was just as friendly and helpful as Aisha. If anyone needs temporary storage - THIS IS THE PLACE!

I had the most positive experience setting up my storage unit with CubeSmart. Before entering the location, I called the 800 number to reserve a storage space. Upon my arrival, the male manager greeted me pleasantly and already knew my name and size of storage unit I was requesting. He then took me to see the unit and along the way, helped me to become aware of my surroundings, so that navigating my way back to the unit would be a piece of cake. The paperwork took less than 15 minutes and I had my code in hand and was able to start storing the moment I signed! Everything was very clean (including the unit itself) and the center even offers complimentary refreshments. I would recommend to anyone with storage needs!!!

First time space renter and cubesmart has exceeded my expectations. Staff is friendly and the space is so clean.
