I had a last minute change where I needed to delay my move-in day by 3 days and they didn't mind at all! Was very easy to change the date and I had no extra fee for the change. On moving day the woman at the desk was very helpful and attentive. The process to pay was quick and easy. The facility is well kept and clean which was big for me. I have seen other storage facilities that were dirty and definitely not suitable to store my household items in. Overall great people working the desk and very clean facility! Would recommend to others without a doubt.

They jack up the cost 12% after 6 months, so consider that rate increase if you intend to store there long-term. Pretty hefty rate hike, and bad business.
