CubeSmart Self Storage - Jacksonville - 8421 Cheswick Oak Ave

This facility was clean and customer service was great! Initially code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work however associate reassured me she would reset everything and ensure it would work by the time I came back with my truckload and she was absolutely correct!!! The only thing was there wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a dolly to help get things moved in faster. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m assuming someone took it as the associate stated it was probably at other end of storage as someone had just moved in however we looked with no luck!

The customer service was great. I accidentally forgot my move in date and lost my reservation, but they were quick to get me a new one at the same price. I like the fact that the employees remember you.

Love it, the staff was awesome. I was pleased to they exceeded my expectations!

Registration was very smooth, professional and friendly staff. Price I feel is a little on the high side. Quote should had been given with all the changes. When I got there I was told I had to pay for insurance. It was not much but it would had been better for me to get the total price.

It was clean and helpful facility to keep my belongings safe.

Great customer service and the best pricing I could find for what we needed, nuff said.

I would recommend.cube smart to a friend! The facility is located in a good area of Jacksonville. They have security cameras, temperature controlled, outstanding customer service(heidi), they even sale products like mattress covers .....ect........one stop shop!

everything was very clean and i felt safe leaving my belongings with cubesmart. i would definately recommend this company to family and friends!
