We switched to this storage place from another one. The price is on point. The customer experience isn't bad. Only thing is the only restroom is locked in the office and if the attendant isn't there you have to wait I waited almost an hour. When I found the attendant she didn't try to mask her frustration with having to stop what she was doing to let me use the restroom.

The overall experience I had with Uncle Bob's storage was very fast, easy, and efficient! I'm not familiar with the Jacksonville area, and although I used there reservation option on line through there website, I unfortunately went to the wrong location. So even though I was able to make it there ruffly around closing hours (5:53 p.m.)I was still taken care of respectfully are professionally, (considering running slightly over closing time due to my lack of direction and time management)!
