I was able to setup everything right online. Instructions were sent and my key and lock was in the storage unit. Only thing is when I got there, the code was not working. The instructions started with a *####### and ended with * it needs to be corrected to end with #

The one thing that I didn't like was the smell of smoke.when I opened the door the first thing was the smell of smoke.

Storage was suffice. A Bit Tight to drive in though.

Don't like the fact that you are told you get a month free but then my charges to move in come out to be almost as much as the rent itself. Don't advertise you are getting a free month, it is misleading

The online reservation process was easy and using Rapid Rental saved both time and money. Jessica was both welcoming and very helpful. She made sure we were happy with the size of the unit we rented and that our code for access worked. Overall, it was a quick and simple process.

Renting from Uncle Bob's was easy and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful making sure all our needs were taken care of. Use of moving truck came along with storage unit rental which made it a lot easier to move everything in one trip. I would recommend Uncle Bob's for storage and Sparefoot to review all storage sites at one plus making a reservation. Everything was flawless.

We have rented from several uncle bobs in Tallahassee for several years and Manotak was the best with customer service, very friendly and Lisa new what she was doing. It is very clean and secure even late at night when we come in from deliveries.

I made a reservation by calling the phone number. The entire process was easy, and everyone was very helpful. When I went to pay for the unit and get the storage, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had to go to a different location to get the free rental truck, but they were also super friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend Uncle Bob's.
