Renting and getting the paper work done was quick and she was very detailed on everything and very friendly and nice.

This was my first time renting and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with the experience. I got one month free, and the friendly lady who helped me with the process made the experience pleasant.

This space is awesome and fits everything that I needed. The staff that helped me was amazing as well, she was very friendly and was well knowledgeable about the space!

Nice professional customer service

I had a storage unit at a place that was just around the corner from my home. And it was twice the price of the unit at Life Storage! Both places had great customer service. At Life Storage I had to get a tumbler lock instead of reusing my shackle lock, so that wasn't expected. But definitely seems to be a bit more secure in some ways! And having the first month's rent essentially waived, covering most of the move in expenses, was a plus. For my needs, I'm retired and only go by every so often to basically decide "keep or toss" on some boxes of stuff that ended up being moved when we moved a year ago. Overall, nice facility. PLENTY of space, with 8 ft ceilings. And priced right.

I love the lady at the front desk she was so sweet, and helpful. The place was spotless, I must say so far I'm impressed.

Once I came in I was treated was amazing service. I currently have another large unit with Public Storage and I will be transferring that business over also.

Ms. Rita was great, but she needed some help. The location was way further than expected and price that was quoted is not what was paid. I paid $30 extra. Payment was the only issue because of being quoted one thing and paying another.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with the call center, but the actual store was an enjoyable experience. After the call center took my information they actually followed up with a phone call which was very impressive. I found my experience to be one that was better than expected. Good customer service is getting rarer to experience today, but I found the staff at this location to be very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone that has a storage need.
