Started TV in across the country.... Jacksonville FL Second day house burned down... God's hands .. already written.... Had to leave the RV and return and restart...life.. No one got hurt... Thank you Brian... And Manager.... forgiveness brother on forgetting your name...lol Customer for life...

I t has been a good experience except for the fact that I had a 26 foot moving van and the corners are VERY TIGHT and they also allow motor homes and boats to park around the edges which makes navigating a moving van VERY DIFFICULT. I ended up hitting one of corner posts because of the very tight turn to get to my unit. Fortunately, I had purchased insurance on the truck where I had rented it, so it didn't cost me anything and I did not damage anything on the storage site. The office manager was very nice and helpful. I would gladly rent there again, but next time I will not rent such a long truck.

The faciltiy had the best price in town. The facility was very clean. The only bad part was that the person in charge of the office smokes inside her office and my son could not stay inside to fill out paperwork because he is allergic to smoke. The office manager should not be allowed to smoke in her office if that is where people are filling out paperwork.

My whole experience was outstanding. I especially enjoyed the free moving truck.
