Communication was definitely great the lady showed me the unit I originally reserved and then one size up. I went one size up cause they had a deal going on and it was on $15 extra than my original size. So glad I did cause now I have space to move around and actually look for stuff when I need it. Like Xmas decorations lol definitely needed this storage and so glad I got it here!
