I personally don’t like when there is a real person that can help me that I have to talk to a person on the screen. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

I didn't like not having 24 hrs

I love they had carts for me and the on screen attendant. so cool

It took a little while to get to see the unit I wanted. I needed to make sure it was big enough. But once I got someone on site, who they do not always have, to show me the unit. He was invaluable and courteous.

It was ok, hard to locate locations

I like that you drive inside. Making move in easy during all kinds of weather. There arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t as many carts available for use. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been lucky and got one each time. However, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve only ever seen one. If you have your own dolly I would bring it.

Everything was fine and quick

I had a really bad experience trying to locate my unit, I left in tears because I was so frustrated!!!! I walked around the unit multiple times, spoke with the virtual assistant multiple times as well to locate and it was all bad to the point I cancelled the unit. The last representative seen how frustrated I was and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t apologize for the inconvenience nor try to offer the manager on duty to assist. After calming down, I went back the next day and was able to get assistance from a lady named Lee I believe that maybe her first name not sure (African American) very apologetic and helpful- informed no manger was on site at the time and I shouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been informed of that; however she did get me the assistance I needed and account was reinstated. After onsite manger showed me the unit I was able to fine it without any other issues. The location needs to be labeled so customers can know that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s two separate sides, 1000/2000 on one side and 3000/4000 on the other side

This location is close to my home. It has security cameras everywhere and on site manager. The cost is very affordable. The check-in was challenging due to the video attendant.

Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no way to contact anyone

I have used this facility for storage several times over the years because of its proximity to the Salvation Army next door, the covered drive- thru so you will not get wet from the rain when you're moving your items from your car to the unit and don't forget the U-hauls on site. How more convenient can that be? What can I say, convenient, convenient, convenient!! Love it!!

Everything was perfect including the customer service at the storage they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect

This storage is so creative because it's a drive thru storage which is really cool Г°ЕёЛњЕЅ. The place is super clean, air conditioning, easy to store our belongings in the storage lockers. The staff are extra friendly, kind, caring, and welcoming to you, they made us feel like family. It was a pleasure to meet them we are glad we made the choice to picked your company to go with for our storage needs.

I love the storage, it has plenty of space. I will highly recommend this storage to my family and friends. Great customer service.

They were cheaper than expected

Do not rent at this location they will tell you one thing in person and a representative online will tell you another I gave my 30 day notice which is email to me instead of them processing my request they let my account stay open which racked up from 103 to now 671 which they sent to a collection agency good luck with getting the payment now. I was told by Facility my account would not go up more than 103 dollars days later I received another call saying I owe 500 and some change and was Harass daily

So far I have no complaints about this storage place

They broke into my storage an took all of my personal belongings. It has to be an inside job because they went through everything.They not only to tvs..computer..microwave air fryer but they took an iron brand new suite cases towels toliet paper rugs but they took the most dear thing to my heart my portraits of my kids no thief takes that kind of stuff. Do not rent from here.

The charge very highly, and careless.

Only guy that I see there is rude and very unprofessional. He should work on his personable skills. He is extremely rude.
