Customer service was excellent. She was very nice and polite. One suggestion they need to tell you the cost of the lock before presenting to customer.

The people are very nice and courteous in the office. They help you out and show you the compartments so you can decide as to which one is best for you and your needs.

I went to several places and this was the one that had friendly staff and very helpful. I was disappointed that the on line rate was not able to be used because it had expired the day before. I could not go home order on line and come back.

The initial process was fine, staff very helpful, the unit was just what I needed, blah blah blah. Since then, I have been emailed twice, called twice, and this is the second "opinion survey" I have filled out. This is all starting to get very annoying. Please; do not contact me any more unless I'm late with a payment.

I visited the unit for the first time and the guy (forgot his name) was very kind and informative. Some reps take offense when you question things in the contract but the guy (wish I could remember his name) was very kind and answered all my questions. So I hope they keep up the good work. Oh, and they also do great follow up. They reminded me my first payment was late with a friendly reminder (which was great because I had forgot in the midst of the move) . And they called shortly after I moved in to make sure all was well. I appreciate that! So again, keep up the good work Public Storage!
