Easy access facility, only discrepancy with unit is light fixture doesn't work and they require the occupant to replace if they require electricity.

Good price and location. Due to the failure to get proper information from your management I was unable to move in until I already had to pay another months rent at my previous overpriced rental.

So far the Fort Caroline PS has served my needs. I feel it's secure and well managed. However, I am not totally satisfied with the access hours because my personal access hours conflicts with their access hours. I totally understand the DM's/corporate reasons for instituting limited access hours due impart to the neighborhood and crime. But, with the current security measures (gate login and cameras), their should/could be considerations made, even at an nominal additional cost, for tenants who need total 24 hr access privileges.

The Public Storage facility located at 6333 Arlington Expressway Jacksonville Florida is one big mouse and rats nest!! When we went to look at a unit we were shocked to see all the mice and rat poop in the unit! It was a 10' x 30' unit and as we got to the back of it, we saw the rodents pop their head through the holes in the bottom of the sheetrock walls! Because of the walls being sheetrock instead of concrete block, the rodents have taken over! If you have anything other than steel or tires to store, stay far away from this place!!

If it wasn't for Public Storage and the great rates they had to offer, I dont kmow what I would have done. My family and I really desperately need some storage with limited funding. Thank you Mrs.Janice at the Fort Caroline store for giving me a peace of mind.

Went this morning in the middle of the rain with my car full and ready to put everything away after driving 17 hours into my new home out here and Janice made me feel so welcome her professionalism is very outstanding and so welcoming I'm glad i choose this place out of any other. My first time renting a storage unit and it was a very pleasant experience!! After making an online reservation on the day before, I received a welcoming phone call to confirm. I arrived later than our scheduled meeting time and the ladies were understanding and immediately walked me to my unit and explained the renting process. Ms. Janice was very inviting and thorough, as was Ms. Carline, the property manager. I am very please with the service and the upkeep of the units. I look forward to working with them and would refer anyone to this storage facility!

I just Dont like the Hours people should have 24hrs of access to there belonging

I only rated it a 5stars, because of the customers service and I liked the storage unit, But the fees where not given up front, hidden fees with a $1 move in and $24 Registration fee, a cylinder lock fee and insurance wasn't mentioned upfront.

Very clean space and great location with easy access. Carline in the main office was such a nice person, very professional and polite. She always made me feel so welcome and was always very helpful. I would rent again at this location just Becky of her. It was a great experience. Thanks Carline

I think I made a good choice for storage. Public Storage is close to my house and the price was reasonable, except for the insurance. $11 a month for insurance is kind of pricey and, in my case, pretty much unnecessary. Insurance should be my choice. If I opt out and something happens, its on me, not Public Storage.

Went in looking for a unit and the girls in the office were able to give me a larger unit at a reduced rate. Took us out to look at it in the rain. Very professional employees

This is about the fifth time I have used the facility on Fort Caroline in Jacksonville, FL for summer storage for my college student children. The check in girl Monet remembers us. It is very clean,safe and easy to use. This year I paid for everything up front. Other years I have gone to various locations in Michigan to pay the monthly bill. All the locations have had very courteous staff and been very clean. I would never use another company.

On the phone and on-site they made feel comfortable and at ease, which is what enjoyed most.

I was greeted with Courtesy and Respect. I was able to be assisted in a timely manner and was not bombarded with offers that I didn't need. I was heard and my needs were met. I will use Public Storage and Recommend IT ANY DAY...:-) Thank you for your services.... Sincerely....
