Move in was real easy and the Women in the office was awesome.

The lady I spoke to on the phone at the local office was excellent.

Everything is automated and easy to setup. The follow up call to make sure everything was in order was greatly appreciated. The on-site attendant were more than accommodating. The storage space was cleaned, although there where a few muddobber nests, not a big issue, still by far the cleanest storage space Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented.

Place is great. Easy to get in and out. Unit was empty and cleaned when I got there. Lock was in the unit with 2 keys and ready to go.

They have a good costumer assistance.

It was a very easy move in for me, as I was moving from a small storage unit to a larger one across town. COVID has made things extra difficult, and with hurricane season approaching, I wanted to get into a larger unit so I can remove some stuff from our shed that sits lower than our yard. Staff was helpful and it was easy to move in. The lights don't work in the storage units and I was told that they won't do anything about that and that I can bring my own, but it's understandable since the lighting system isn't automated and people seem to leave theirs on, causing a fire hazard. So unless you're going in the dead of night, you will be fine. A little dusty, but other than that, a good unit size and easy to get in and out of the gate.

Rented a unit from them over the weekend. This is the second time I've rented from them in the last 2 or 3 years and I've had nothing but good experiences. I dealt with Elizabeth this time and she was excellent. Very professional and obviously knew the entire rental process by heart, so it was quick and painless.

I would like to say that after speaking with Jalena over the phone and meeting her in person, she made me feel confident that I chose the right facility. On the day I decided to sign my contract, I met Elizabeth and Jacobi. I was warmly welcomed and they laughed at my family stories. They carefully explained the contract and insurance information thoroughly and even offered the other items that I may or may not need during the use of the facility. I appreciate the fact that I felt like a very important customer to them even though I'm not their only customer. Thanks for everything.

Best experience renting from any storage facility.

I've been really happy with my experience here. The property is nice and clean, and quite safe. I've never had any problems. Elizabeth and Dale are so friendly and helpful. It's been a pleasure using this facility for my storage needs, and would recommend this location very highly to anyone!

I am in the process of moving from NC to Fla. I went to the storage units closest to my new home for a unit. Dale was your representative. I found him to be very knowledgeable & most helpful as well as kind & respectful of my storage unit needs & my mobility needs to see the available units. I would definitely recommend Public Storage.
