I have reserved this unit last minute. I received a great discount. The monthly regular rate is very reasonable. It was very fast to do the paperwork online easy to get into my storage unit and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a very secure storage facility I would recommend to others

My move was a breeze and clean quiet facility. Easy access was the best. I reserved my unit online and paid there too, avoided the Rental Office waiting and paperwork. I love Technology. Great move-in experience and so far good storage experience too. Only need the light in my unit to work when it gets dark in the evening.

Everything was good. However, the price for the smaller 5X5 unit I had expected to be lower.

This was a quick and easy process. I didnt have a lot of time. The representative was able to book and process my request before the doors closed. The representative at the storage facility was patient and thorough with everything.

My storage is on the far end, directly in the middle apparently on a Saturday morning I can't get in the front or back end because of all the activity with my neighbor tenants. Noticed when I was there last that there is a rodent tunnel from storage unit to storage unit for rats, geicos & anything else that want to enter my unit which I am paying a fair amount for not to have crawling creatures destroying my items. Not cool.... L.D.

My experience was fairly seamless. Change of shift was going on while I was being seen so things were somewhat disoriented as far as who would help me with my initial visit. All in all I was helped by the courteous staff and wouldnt mind calling for help if needed

During my research to locate affordable, secure storage, I also met with Ms. Haley and Erin at Public Storage--Arlington Expressway. Previous reviews also demonstrate Ms. Naila to be a very competent Property Manager. This operation surely knows how to run successfully and efficiently. The service was great. Only one thing the two ladies in the office were busy with their conversation about another tenant rather than getting me taken care of, making my process of the paper take a little longer, when i had people waiting.
