Public Storage - Jacksonville - 6665 Wiley Road

My unit is completely tore up on the inside but I was in desperate of a unit last minute. Woman who helped me get the unit open was extremely friendly and made up for it.

This storage place did not tell me that they require special cylinder locks that are over $21 each . I needed two for my storage unit. my unit only cost me $25 for the first month. After I paid my first month fee they told me I needed the locks and that it would be over 42$. that cost more than the actual unit. this was ridiculous.

I don't see why anyone has to pay full price if storage is only needed for a week. This doesn't make any sense to me.

So far It's been a great experience. But I just rented it last Sunday.

My honest opinion is that I would recommend Public Storage to my friend and family all day but, I think they should have a returning customer discount.

The property manage Haley is excellent. Every time I come in, I am greated with a smiling face and she answers any question I have in a proper and Customer service friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this location to all who need to store. Thank you Haley for everything you do!

Ive needed a storage unit more than I like to admit in my life and Public Storage has always been my choice. My recent visit to this particular store ensures me I made the right choice for my needs. Miss Haley was a tremendous help, she was very informative, helpful and very sweet! If I ever need a storage unit again, this is most definitely my 1st choice! ??

Well you are told its first month for $1. That's not true, after $24 administrative fee, $20 lock fee, because we have to buy your lock, and the basic $11 insurance fee. My total was $59.29, and next month is sixty something. I could have gotten climate control and much more cheaper somewhere else. The Only good thing about going there was the young lady who helped us was very nice.

Mr. Paul is so nice and he made my visit very easy. He explained everything to me. I would recommend this location to any and everybody. He even do courtesy calls and etc.

I love Paul he is absolutely wonderful. I like that your storage spaces are clean and smell great.

I would recommend this location to anyone. As well as the one on Lane and Normandy.
