After many years now have a need to a storage unit to put my fully restored 1987 MCSS away. Came in and met the most wonderful person Shameki who took me trough all the locations at the Baymeadows place and costs plus give me a free mask. Settled on a 10 x 20 with easy access and exit for the car. She also suggested that I look on line to see if any specials were available and yes there were. Many thanks for the fine service and will have this unit for many years to come.

This Public Storage on Baymeadows is great. I was able to easily reserve my unit online and within 2 minutes, Tiffany had called to confirm the reservation and was attentive to any and all of my move in needs. On site, Elizabeth gave me a tour of my property and made the check in process a breeze. Both Tiffany and Elizabeth are fantastic and I look forward to continuing as a tenant on their property. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to any and all in need of storage!

Had a great experience with Tiffany. She seemed very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She didn't hesitate to show me multiple units that were available. I was disappointed to see that the divider walls of the units did not go all the way to the ceiling which means people renting adjacent units can look over the top and see what other people are storing. In some it could even be possible for someone to cross over and have access to others' belongings.

Corporate move. Belongings stored here during our search for the house. There were some minor difficulties coordinating the navigation of a huge semi worth of stuff into the storage lockers. Lockers were clean. My unit was undamaged by the recent hurricane. Purchased their locks. They were reasonable priced. I was expecting the price to be more like airport pricing but they were not. I'd suggest checking out your own insurance policies. Their offerings did seem a bit pricey for the coverage.

I would highly recommend this location , Units are clean and management was very helpful. Carroll made moving very easy .She followed with phone calls to confirm all went well.

The Manager Carol knows and cares about her customers who are going through the stress of moving and finding a reasonable and best storage. Carol is AMAZING. Carol went above and beyond to help us the process and even to suggest other locations that may be more convenient for our location. She explained every detail of what was available to us at her facility and even made great suggestions to make our storage accommodations and packing and unpacking easier. I was very impressed at how she did everything to make our stoage experience a pleasant one. Thank you very much Carol! You ROCK lady!

Carol & Janice were very friendly and helpful. Despite the rain, Janice took us to see a few units to ensure our needs were met. They were not able to provide parking for our trailer, however, Carol made several calls to sister stores to try to help locate another site. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

Janice was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She walked us through the entire process and it went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place. Unit prior to placing items was clean. Make sure if you have private rental insurance, you call to verify if they cover offsite storage places.

I was impressed with the staff, but when I went back to the unit I rented to put something else in it I saw a rat run between my mattress and TV stand.

Property manager, Carol, made the entire process very smooth. Explained everything In great detail. Clean facility.

They take time to assure you have the right size for your needs.

8 years experience with you. No water leaks, no bugs, no rodents, zero safety issues, no problems. Came for the $1 for first month, intended to stay one month. It was a lifesaver at that time. Stayed 7 years. Just rented again for one month, again in between residences and it is a lifesaver. I love you guys. I am 65 years old and in the olden days if you were in between it was a horrible problem. Now it is not. And then overstaying my intention, it was great to always have not full closets, and all the other stuff in storage. A great way to live.

The price was right the asscoiate was very knowledgeable she was new a we were her first sell very well trained

I was in a time crunch while moving and selected this location from online pictures and reviews. The price is great, and the facility is average. Non-climate controlled and seasoned. It is getting the job done currently, but if you want long term storage I would advise another location.

I have stored property at several Jacksonville FL Public Storage locations over the last several years and, without fail, have received friendly and helpful assistance from each of the site managers. Some have even gone out of their way to be helpful, such as offering to help me load property for removal from the site or bringing me a bottle of water on a hot day. I recommend Public Storage as a safe, convenient and friendly place to secure your property.
