Good experience so far with the staff. Great competitive pricing. Only down side is that my unit smells like human urine. Jope my items don't start to smell the same.

My only complaint, other than the storage unit market as a whole is way overpriced, is that there was a lot of homeless traffic. Nobody bothered me or my stuff, it was just awkward putting stuff in/out with my kids in tow and having some man/woman stumbling by geek'd up.

The gentleman that works there with the braids & the silver car is very nice, helpful, polite & pleasant to speak with. If you don't have a super tiny car then it's very hard to get in with a full size truck or with the u-haul truck from the street. It's supposed to be a secure facility and the gate is never locked but this is part of the price that they charge you for. All customers should be discounted because of this.

If you have a very tiny car you can possibly manage getting into the facility insurance the way the parking lot is set up is very hard to turn into the entrance and get in and out of the storage units the gate is never secured yet they're charging an arm and a leg for a secure facility the only time the gate has been locked was doing hurricane Ian

I have not received a new passcode to get in the gate. My old one had 5 numbers. The new gate requires 6 numbers.
