The facility is a little messy here and there but the staff are amazing!!! Thank you to Sonia and Cecil for making a stressful process actually fun!

While making reservation, Was told there was an elevator for 2nd floor units, there are no elevators however Chris got me one in the 1st floor, a little more on the price but well worth it lol saved my back extra work ..The lady was very pleasant just incorrect on info provided, very satisfied still!

Friendly, informative and professional property manager. The place is inexpensive and met my needs.

Reservation and move in was a breeze. Was given a tour before moving in and given all the after hours and contact info. It isnt a 24 hour facility, but the price is great and its very well kept

I was very happy with this whole experience. Tom was very helpful and kind. I was unhappy with my old unit because in one year I had 3 increases and I am on a budget and need to know what my bills are. So I am hoping that this won't do the same thing. But I love the way you drive into the building. It was pouring rain when I moved in and that made a huge difference. So I am very happy with this decision to move to this location.

We have rented storage units in the past, all are now far inferior to the current space we have from Storage Rentals of America on Western Way in Jacksonville Florida. Friendly staff, excellent security with 2 confirming gates to make sure you are who you say you are before being able to access the building. Clean facility with no garbage littering the floors or hallways. Very professional as a first impression you get when inspecting the property to decide whether your belongings will be safe here. They will.

This was my first experience at this facility in Florida and I really enjoyed it.

Very helpful. I love being able to drive into the loading dock area to unload, especially in dealing with the heat outside.

Garcia and Mary were very helpful and they accommodated my large RV travel trailer when I really needed help. The grounds are fairly clean, and the area appears secure. The have a coded gate entry, security cameras everywhere, and actual security personnel on grounds 24 hours a day.

I found this unit on Sparefoot and was not familiar with the brand (Storage Rentals of America). Customer service is outstanding and I'm very happy with the unit. This is my first internal unit so I have to get used to using a cart to move things in instead of a drive up unit, but that isn't a huge deal.

Reserved my unit online and everything went exactly as advertised. Got my call back with the info regarding the location of my unit and set up my payment arrangements. That was it. Moved in the next day I would recommendthis place

I needed a storage unit and movers last minute and Mary took me and helped me decide what size I would need as well as recommended movers that she knows other tenants have used. I am very satisfied so far.
