Clean, secure and reasonably priced. We have been elsewhere, but Public Storage is the best! We have three 10'x 20' units as well as a 8'x25' parking space for our flats boat. Tim, the Manager, runs a great unit with friendly, competent staff. Access is 6:00 am to 9:00 pm...can't beat that!

Staff were professional, competent, efficient, dedicated to making our relationship successful. At all times, we understood what we were getting and what it would cost. We feel confident that everything possible is being done to ensure the safety of our belongings.

The staff was super-friendly. Elana and Tim were there first thing on a Saturday morning and were awake and friendly, which made my experience much more pleasant. The facility is large and clean. They also had all the supplies I might need right there. No complaints.

Main gate at Jupiter location is broken and needs to be repaired.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A gentleman by the name of Tim, in particular, was very helpful. He gave good recommendations and assisted us with purchasing our moving supplies.

Both Connie and Manny were very welcoming, and enjoyable people to work with. I had been looking for a unit/ units to store some belongings and a trailer. After being told of the available units, I made my way over and was immediately greeted by Connie addressing me by my name. It feels good to walk into an establishment and be welcomed with joy. After touring the units, I completed the paper work and received my keys. I look forward to storing at this location as well as knowing I am in good hands. THANK YOU CONNIE AND MANNY!

Helped my mom move to Florida where she will be retiring. Called around before to get pricing on different units, and the service is why I chose this Public Storage. It was also close to her new home. They made everything so easy, called in spoke with a rep called Chantelle, and scheduled my appointment. When I came in to view the property it was clean, and seemed to be in a secure neighborhood. Our rep made the rental process smooth and easy, and explained everything clearly. I feel comfortable leaving my mom's furniture here.

I was disappointed at the cost of the obligatory insurance. It only covers up to $3,000 for the same price I pay for $100,000 coverage. The staff were very professional.
