I think that the Virtual Attendant in the office should have better signage. It's not obvious when you walk into an empty office with minimal lighting in desk area and no attendant. There is a small sign on the counter amongst other items that states you are to use the virtual attendant. When I called the local office, the woman who answered was extremely helpful. It would be helpful if she mentions the Virtual Attendant inside the office where you receive final information for renting the space.

The representative was friendly and efficient. Location is easy to find. Easy and spacious entry (I have a 33ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ class A RV) but I had to get out of RV to push code in and by the time I got back into the drivers seat the gate was closing. Someone assisted me in getting through. With that said, a little extra time for the gate to stay open in that situation. Pricing is fair for Key West and appreciate that.

Due to storage shortages in Key West, the Pricing is extremely high ($4.30/Sq Ft) including a 5% forced upcharge for content insurance. No 24 hour access, and extremely busy loading dock, however, I have not experienced any waiting of more than a few minutes. I have always had a cart available when I needed one. Sometimes its hard to find a Customer Service person at the desk to assist with questions and/or assistance. seems to be the way of the world right now. The good side, Isles and hall ways are well lit and clean. Rest rooms (if Needed) are available and clean. tops of units ate covered with wire mesh providing good ventilation and additional security. Lots of security cameras and access is controlled by at entry points and elevators. In mu opinion, pricing is the only real down side at this facility.

It was easy to get the storage unit 100% on line. The unit was ready when promised. The facility is climate controlled (particularly important in S Florida).
