The corporate office told us different information as it was stated weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d get a $20 lock, but local staff stated it was untrue. Also the $100 for 5X5 was a shock after signing up for $19/month but unbeknownst it was the rate was a special. So that makes it unpleasant. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hard to recommend to others. We feel it was Nate and switch. Melissa, manager, was very professional and helpful and explained their pricing.
