I had one of my family and friends to help me move in to the Storage and the young lady who signed me up gave me my Storage did not take me up to the Storage show me show me the room did not take their lock off the storage so when we came to move things in, I lost money I lost help I lost a lot so yes, I was very upset

I came in early in the morning excited to start my day, moving my stuff in the storage, so the young lady who was taking care of me seem like she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really want to be at work, spilt to coffee on the counter and left it there assign me a room and never took the lock off so when I came to move in wasted money time and energy because I had to return back the truck because I could not get into my storage so no it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a pleasant site

I changed to cube smart because my earlier storage place had the prices way too high and upon moving to cube smart y have a cleaner, bigger and better storage than I have ever had.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m supposed to be paying only $37/m with discount. Charging me $70*/monthly . How come. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get told my bill at all. Had to wait for email. But they want you to know they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do refunds etc. but canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell you your bill in the store .

Jeanneal helped us choose the correct size unit. She was patient, very accommodating, and explained the process and all the options of available promotions so I can make an informed decision. The place has security cameras and I feel safe using the unit. The floors are waxed and very well kept. The location is easily accessible for me so we are very happy with both the Customer Service and the unit selected. Definitely will recommend it to anyone to use.
