CubeSmart Self Storage - FL Kissimee W Carroll Street

I had one of my family and friends to help me move in to the Storage and the young lady who signed me up gave me my Storage did not take me up to the Storage show me show me the room did not take their lock off the storage so when we came to move things in, I lost money I lost help I lost a lot so yes, I was very upset

I came in early in the morning excited to start my day, moving my stuff in the storage, so the young lady who was taking care of me seem like she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really want to be at work, spilt to coffee on the counter and left it there assign me a room and never took the lock off so when I came to move in wasted money time and energy because I had to return back the truck because I could not get into my storage so no it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a pleasant site

I'm so pleased and satisfied with the overall quality of customer service with the Storage Units. At SpareFoot and CubeSmart, the customer service was amazingly very helpful, attentive, friendly, kind, caring, courteous. Thank you so much for making it easier for me.

I changed to cube smart because my earlier storage place had the prices way too high and upon moving to cube smart y have a cleaner, bigger and better storage than I have ever had.

Wanted 5x5. Got 5x10 at the 5x5 price for one year but will have to move next year to get the 5x5 unit which is inconvenient

I was able to do everything online and move in the next day no problems. Super clean & was able successfully move everything in at a decent time.

Everything from reservation to paperwork to move in was simple and efficient and the property manager was friendly and helpful, what more could you ask for!

Great Place, Great Location, Great People

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m supposed to be paying only $37/m with discount. Charging me $70*/monthly . How come. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get told my bill at all. Had to wait for email. But they want you to know they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do refunds etc. but canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell you your bill in the store .

They were really professional and gave me a good price

Easy to rent online. Unit was clean and ready!

Jeanneal helped us choose the correct size unit. She was patient, very accommodating, and explained the process and all the options of available promotions so I can make an informed decision. The place has security cameras and I feel safe using the unit. The floors are waxed and very well kept. The location is easily accessible for me so we are very happy with both the Customer Service and the unit selected. Definitely will recommend it to anyone to use.
