Rented online through Sparefoot but when it came up with the confirmation the price was more than quoted. Midgard actually called me to confirm the rental and to make sure everything was ok before I could even contact them. They sorted out the pricing with no issues at all. We moved in and service was still excellent in person. Everything was explained to us and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Things fell through with a storage unit I booked for through a rental moving truck company. However, I was able to find this facility and the customer service was phenomenal with helping me get this situated. Especially with it being last minute! They provided all details and important information needed; once I got to the location it was pretty smooth sailing getting in and everything moved in. Very clean and safe.
