On line made it easy. Was surprised no deal was offered on lone. Advertised on FB as first month free. Other than that im quite satisfied.

The young lady, the help us get the storage at the property was very polite and attentive. Also helpful.

Sarah and Alexandra at the Dyer Road unit are both SO service-oriented, they should be used to show other units how to conduct themselves, and how to treat customers - especially the Jog Road unit in West Palm Beach.

Crystal and Roseliss were extremely friendly and helpful, they were like batman and robin, an amazing duo. This is my first time ever renting and they made the process easy for me. I would recommend my friends and family to this location, staff is amazing, the location was clean and well kept and they have security cameras there also.
