Sharika was outstanding! She went above and beyond! We rented here because of her!! We could have rented for less elsewhere but her customer service set this location apart. She even waited for me after hours to ensure all went well! Very pleased!

The El Salvadorian staff member gave me a discount to allow me to move from one storage to another. I was a very satisfied customer but I would of been more satisfied if I could of got the online price of $62 instead of $80. However, the staff mentioned above answered all my questions and concerns. I am very happy with the location instead of the old location.

Public Storage followed up several times before my move in and the space was ready when I got there. I worked with Gina and she walked me back to the unit. I slapped a lock on it and singed the papers, then moved my storage items into the unit before getting on my way. They were the best price I could find for the area and even got a climate controlled unit for cheaper that an outdoor unit. I will use them again in the future if I need additional space.

Personnel was efficient, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Easy access, handicap parking.

I was under the impression that I would be able to have my movers come in and keep their unit there until the movers could pick up their unit on the same day but it did not happen. My stuff is still on movers truck.
