Jon served me and he didn’n make an effort to serve me properly. He was in very bad mood.I made a reservation through the app and it cost me $84, but when I went I had to pay $116. The app is lié.

We needed a last minute spot for our in closed trailer. We were so happy with our person on the phone, getting us help setting things up with location and price. Then when we arrived at the storage location, the staff went out of her way to help us with this new experience with doing this and showing us the spot to park our trailer. So very helpful when you haven't done this before and in a unfamiliar area. Couldn't be more pleased with the overall service.

I called several storage facilities for pricing and Public Storage gave me the best price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that because I was already a customer at the site, it would have been nice to get a discount because now I have two accounts.

My first visit was great, I rented the unit and was going to come back with my own lock. I went back today to put my lock on and the woman working acted as thought I was out of my mind. I explained over and over that she needed to take the lock off so I could put mine on. FINALLY she understood!! WE go and she takes the lock off and then takes MY lock to put the sticker on for inspection purposes. Now why didn't she ask me for the lock while I was in the office?? So I'm standing upstairs waiting for her to bring my lock back and it was taking so long I finally went to get it myself. Getting off the elevator she met me with the lock. Quite the contrast from when I rented. The first two (Gina and I can't remember his name) were great!

Public Storage This is the second time that I have rented with Public Storage, I have found the staff to be very helpful at both locations and think that this storage is resonably priced. Plus, it gives a break to someone who is moving by renting the first month for only $1.00....can't beat that. The property is clean, and available as early as 6am.

The actual check in process wasn't bad, but making an appointment certainly didn't seem to speed the process along whatsoever. Not only that, when I got there the gates were wide open because "management was coming to inspect the place and they needed to have access"???? So, I did not get any chance to try out my gate code. When I went this morning to make sure the keys I had made for the lock I was required to buy from this place worked, I followed two other customers into the gated "secure" area. Some security! Then, when I went to leave, my gate code would NOT open the gate. I called my hubby at home to make sure that they had written it down correctly (I had to set up a new account on PS to see my code, even though I already have an account at another location) and the code was allegedly correct. I was not pleased to be locked into the gated area at 7 am. I was on the phone with the Sanford FL police department when someone else pulled up to get into the gated area (luckily) so I was only "stuck" inside for about 15 min. But that was a HUGE inconvenience. When I called this morning, the first time I was hung up on and then the chick in training is calling the DM to find out what is going on. I want to speak with the DM too.

My experience started out not so good, as their computers were down for several days when I was first trying to rent a unit , but the girls were very apologetic and helpful and got it all worked out for me.I thank them much and will give them my business from now on!!!

My experience with the staff was very good and informative, however I did not at all like the part in the contract whereas the renters are not supposed to haverify or hire a lawyer for any litigation matters between public storage and the renters, you go to court and you are sitting there alone all by yourself and I'm sure that this Corporation will have two to three lawyers on the opposing side for them and I'm pretty sure that statement or clause in the contract was written by a lawyer so I feel that it is very contradictory and one-sided or that to be a part of the contract in order to rent one of the units that made me feel defenseless if any litigation was to arise not that I am looking for that to happen but it just puts them in a light that says we will take advantage of you and also there should be some sort of sign or marking off of the area where you are to put your number in to punch out to open the gate a lot of people come there and park right in the way of it and it's very inconvenient if they have went inside of the storage area to do what they need to do and you have to sit there wait for them or argue with them or go find them and this is something that can be simply fixed with a do not park Here area notifying users that this is a area needed in order for outgoing traffic to proceed outside they can put that statement in the contract they can at least put that statement so you can get out of there. Property is kept very clean. The people that work there are friendly,kind,helpful and courteous. The only thing this facility is missing is a vending machine for water or some type of soft drinks. You tend to get thirsty being out there in the hot sun either moving your belongings into storage or looking for something to take out.

Based upon my most recent experience with your company I realize that the conversations between publicstorage.com and the property manager or the agent at the location are not the same as you have with the telephone agent 1. I was not informed that it was a requirement to have renters insurance 2. the specials that are mentioned are not in the notes when the reservations are made 3. the prorated portions and the specials portion such as 50% off disappear once you are in the office you have a fantastic business you just have to clarify things to the person who is in need of your storage facility .
