New ownership and for past year, not as clean as previous. Trash left in the drive, dog poop and dog pee inside the building on multiple occasions. Cannot locate carts to move items or worse yet, get through the drive because cars and uhauls block the single loading/unloading area; especially on weekends. Most importantly, when I asked how often my rate will increase (during the last huge increase), I was lied to and my rate will increase again. What bother me is that I asked if I could pay a year in full at a discount and was told that no such offer exists and when I asked why my rate is increasing again, was informed that a discount is available to those that want to pre-pay one year. The manager was very helpful getting the reservation through to booking quickly. Facility is clean and nice. The timers on the elevator doors seems a bit short considering you are trying to maneuver furniture and belongings on a cart. If it can be adjusted it would be helpful when loading.
