The storage unit counter associates called me about my arrival, unit type to use, recommendations and very helpful about the stuff I needed to keep safe my belongings

arrived on tuesday afternoon after my work shift. Agent at the counter was excellent. she show me the unit and explain every detail to me and anwser all my question.

Excelent. I liked very much , the process was quick and everything I needded to carry my belonging, they provided. The place Is clean and well organized. Only one thing, they need it to fix the entre door stopper. Thank you.

I rented a 5X5 unit and got a great deal. It's clean , convenient access, and very secure. Tyrone was very helpful,friendly and explained everything.

Tony was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process.

They were very informative and helped me out a lot. With sizing and finding specials.

The service is definitely good and dast.

The only things i don't like are: the hallways are to little for two loading cars. One of the loading cars was broken and the second time we went there, they didn't remove it. I applied for a first floor and they give me a 3rd floor. It us very dificilt to get in touch with them. Plus, the hours to access the storage is up to 9. They must extend the hours.

Wonderful service from the personnel

We were able to walk right in on a weekday and get our unit in just a few minutes. The friendly staff escorted us to the unit so we could find it and practice the access keypad. Unit was very clean, as is the whole facility. We had to upgrade and they were quick to accommodate!

Storage doors are broken, the mag lock for inactive door is missing, the flush bolts don't work properly! Doesn't matter if you have code can just pull it open!

The place was spectacular. The staff went above and beyond. It really is climate controlled, not like so many others who claim CC. And the price was beyond belief:Approximately 1/6 the price of miami

Had a great experience, very clean easy to rent and the person at the counter was so friendly and helpful it made moving day seem easier.

New facility. Very well built. Clean and lots of dollies to move furniture around. Bathroom wasn't working and being handicapped I had to go across the street to 7-11.
