Your Storage Units - Kissimmee South

The Kissimmee facility was clean and well air-conditioned. Even the restrooms were clean! The building access is via password so it's very secure.

My storage area is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. A great place for any teachers needing storage.

Easy check in easy, Young man at front desk very nice, helpful and friendly, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean in there it smells good. The ease of getting in there with enough carts for customers not to have to wait !! Awesome!!! Ty

Great customer service, friendly, very detailed when it came down to the storage rates and accommodations.

After a long move, I moved my things into the storage unit. At check in the unit was more expensive and they did not honor the only rate. They insisted that I needed to buy a lock even though I already had the exact same lock, and i was told I had to buy monthly protection on my items. There were apparently things I could not opt out of. This plus the increased rental doubled my costs.

When I got to the facility at 4:30 to move in my reserved storage for the day, I thought they were closed because the doors were locked, lights were off and no one was in the office. Needless to say, I panicked because it was late in the day and I had my belongings on the U-haul truck. Someone did come inside the office (by chance) and opened the door. He said they start closing up at 4:30. But this is not stated in any of the information regarding the hours of operation. In addition, while he was assisting me, he stopped helping me and helped someone else instead. I had to wait about 25 minutes until he was done!!!! If it was not so late in the day, I would have left and went someplace else. This was not appropriate at all and I really felt it was done because I'm a black women and they were white!!!

I've been a tenant only a few days, but so far, so very good.

I went to the facility and was immediately greeted and attended to by Kurt. He was extremely helpful in helping me pick my unit and offered me the best value for my money. He explained everything to me and walked me to my new unit, even told me how to get to my unit the fastest and easiest way. The facility is brand new and extremely clean. I really love the carts. They are big and clean. I have rented from several other facilities and by far this has been the best one yet. The other renters are also very pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.
