This is my first time renting at this day facility. I like that the process was quick and easy, as well as the cleanliness of the facility/unit and the 11-foot ceiling. Though not have 24-hour access, I appreciate the fact that it is accessible from 6 am to 10 pm.

I had issues with and incorrectly put email and they fix it in less then 5 minutes extremely helpful

Have had a storage unit for 10 yrs, never an issue with anything. Office staff are efficient, friendly and personal attention is given. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Feel very secure while working in the unit.

Sharon at Fort Knox is excellent! She is friendly and professional and she got our paperwork completed and took us to the parking spot. She explained the best exits to use and was overall very helpful! We are happy we have this facility so close to our home to use when needed. I would highly recommend Fort Knox in LaBelle!

I've been renting a unit here since 2017. The rental fee has gone up only once. The management is friendly and courteous. Units are clean.

I went online, and randomly choose this facility. I couldn’t be happier, fast, courteous, and kind. Never met a business owner who actually cared about why I was there. I couldn’t have been more comfortable leaving my car there. Especially in these unforeseen circumstances that I was there. The buildings are very clean. The parking lot is also clean. The buildings are laid out in an orderly manner and are easy to access. Very pleasant experience overall

I am so glad that I chose this facility. It's clean inside and out. The storage buildings are marked with huge letters to distinguish which building houses the assigned storage unit. The driveways are wide enough to navigate around each building. I was able to drive right up to my storage unit and unload the moving truck quite quickly. However be mindful of the exit gate, esp in a moving truck and if your unit is located on that first row next to the fence. It is a tight turn to exit. Also the exit gate is automatic. This is a one-way in and out facility. A key code is given for entry. Storage grounds are open til 10pm but the office closes at 5pm. Ms. Sharon finished the paperwork in about 15mins. Fort Knox do not include insurance, but offered info about an independent company that insures your stored belongings. Ms. Sharon was very helpful in explaining everything to me and answered my questions. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends.
