About South Florida Ave Mini All Climate Controlled Storage
Unit can only be held for 24 hours. 1st month's rent, next month's prorated rent, admin fee and protection plan are due upon signing lease agreement. Minimum of 2 months rental. No Refunds for pre-paid rent(s). Due to limited availability, units are on a first come first served basis. New tenants only, no transfers. See Manager for complete details. Discounts are solely at Management's discretion. Limited to one special per household and/or Family.

I recently used this self storage facility and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff, especially Mel, were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and made my moving process so smooth that I can't thank them enough. The facility itself is top-notch, providing secure and clean storage units. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to store my belongings here and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage. While I wish there was an option to do the paperwork online and save a little time in that process, One major convenience they offer is U-Haul drop off, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Overall, a fantastic facility with excellent service.

Only drawback was the dolly’s. Kudos for supplying them, but they seem like they were old and donated. Only convenient if there wasn’t more than one person moving things in/out at once. Other than that, everything else was spectacular!

We had come in after a long drive and they were very helpful and friendly !!! We used 2 uhauls and for some reason one truck was to be dropped off there and the other 12 miles away which would have put us over our allowed mileage. They let us drop both trucks there !!! I would highly recommend using them .

We rented an 5 ft x 5ft but my 5 ft piano does not fit. The room is 1/4 inch shy on all sides. That is false advertising. Also your attendant is not helpful. I would fire anyone that talked to a customer like that.

Excellent staff. They genuinely care about their customers. The place is always clean, the bathrooms are so clean they are like I am home. As a Rep, they accept my deliveries and call me when they arrive. I have been storing there for over 7 years and I would not go anywhere else period. They have always gone out of their way to help me even if I did not ask for it. I consider the staff, Rob, Ashley and everyone as friends. I can't say enough about the service! great job guys!
