She's the reason that I got a second storage within 5 days of my first one because of the service I received there from her it was just like we were best friends

The facility is great itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean and the access is simple. The staff are very helpful and available all day.

Nice place to store extra material,tools, and equipment. We didn't even have to come into the office to rent our space. Everything was done by phone and online.

Jumping prices is outrageous. I was ok with 100, 165 now, but another 75.00 monthly by January is over the top. I hv no car or extra money, friends to pick up my stuff. Maybe they want my stuff out as it's been there 14mon. It's nice safe storage units but there are cheaper places, just as nice.

I PAY 12 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I Was very happy until today when I received notice that the unit I'm renting price jumped up $73.00 per month. Poor way to do business.

After making the reservation, I spoke with someone onsite (male) who told me the reservation would be good until February 13th (about 1 month). I received an email a few days later saying the unit was no longer available. Two weeks later received a call from Manager Terri, said they had another unit available if I wanted it. Told me the price which was more than the reservation price but said they would honor the reservation price if I had proof. I had a copy of the reservation so shouldn't be an issue. I went in on the 9th to do the paperwork. After everything was complete, Manager Terri (who I spoke with the week before) told me they would not honor the reservation price. Said I had to come in before 1 month for quote to be honored. When I said it was less than a month, the requirements changed from 1 month to 2 weeks. I told them to cancel the reservation and I went somewhere else. They then called on the 10th to verify my 13th move-in date.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Paperwork was done easily and in a timely manner! Thanks Ladies!

Terri was very kind, very helpful, very glad we recommend showing us the 5x10unit we originally thought we needed but after her showing it we upgraded to 10x10 unit.
