Quick and possible move in, clean facility

I had reserved a unit online and finished signing in the office. The place is very clean and run like a business that wants your business. This place is 1000 times better than U-Haul storage.

Quick paperwork, unit was clean and ready for occupancy. Representative was very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions

They view temperature control as 80 degrees and the place is filled with rats. I would not recommend. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a useful location if you have a work trailer and donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care about how the location looks and are not worried about anything being stolen

Sales representative was very helpful finding a cost effective unit in my desired location. Management of the facility was extremely helpful!

Good customer service and ample storage but the hours really need to be extended at least until midnight to cover the market opening back up to the general public!! The working class has changed and the hours have extended overall; this company needs to meet the demands also!

Place was fast and efficient.

This location is highly infested with rats. I began storing my belongings at this location October of 2019, I had a climate controlled unit. I was last in the unit late June and things seemed ok. Went in 3 days ago and rat droppings everywhere. They ate almost 1/4 of a box lid and gnawed a wood table, dressers and chairs. The smell of rat pee has saturated everything that was in the unit. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use this facility.

Price drastically different onsite than advertised

The computer system was down and seems pretty ancient. The store associate had to turn on another computer in order to get me moved in as a new client. Also, gate was not working when I came back with my stuff. Nice man in car behind me let me in.

A bit high prices for non climate controlled but the customer service is awesome and looks pretty clean.

The prices are high for non climate controlled and the roofing is patched in some places which has me concerned about leaks BUT the customer service is real good! The place looks clean.

Awesome Customer Service provided by Darnell. Seamless from beginning to end! However, I would say that I was expecting more for paying for a climate controlled. Other than that, everything went perfectly!!

Customer service is excellent. Everything went smooth on move in. Only complaint is the roof looks patched and has some holes that are concerning. Other than that it's good.

Very quick and easy to reserve, units are clean. By far the best storage facility in the area as far as safety goes. Would definitely recommend!!

Everything was great till you find out you have to have insurance on your items, minimum monthly price is 12.00 for that. Other than that, the value would have been great. I would recommend this facility, it's clean and staff friendly.

The units were clean and it was very easy to drive our uhual thru. Plenty of space. Desk rep was very nice girl.

There are like 3-5 doors you have to go thru just to get to the unit, when you are carrying heavy stuff it is very annoying that every time you turn around its another door you have to open and squeeze thru!

I spoke with a woman for the whole experience and she was very friendly and helpful the entire time. When I made the reservation, I didn't realize that I would need insurance and she was kind enough to go through the process of waiting for a family member to email us my home owners insurance so I wouldn't have to pay the extra fee each month. After that, everything was smooth sailing. I will recommend this location to other people.

Cheapest storage unit in my area. Called to reserve, was told to head to the unit now. Everything including the drive I think took 45mins. Staff was great, she actually took the time to show us 2 units and give us pricing on both. Took me back to get paperwork done while the guys unpacked. She was very informative and explained everything. There was no rushing thru the process. The one complaint I do have is I don't like that the rates can just increase. I'm from out of state and they never did that. She did reassure me that it was every storage facility and that it wasn't personal. So when rates increase I will be looking to go somewhere else.

Helpful but I wish they would include the taxes and additional costs when they confirm your reservation, instead of showing up blindsided. Area seems fairly clean and I only wouldn't recommend to a friend because i know they can't afford it

I am very skeptical when it comes to storage units, because they can be sketchy and pricey. This place was EXTREMELY friendly, clean, and the security on the premises makes me feel 100% better that my belongings are kept safe! Definitely a great investment while I moved home for the summer!

It was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff were very clear and helpful. I felt that the information that I was being told became a little repetitive but I think they were just trying to be clear and ensure that I understood what I was agreeing to and what I would be paying for exactly. Overall, it was a good experience.
