Great place and great customer service

I'm sure I won't win the $250 contest but the truth is Take a picture of your locked unit every time you leave. They will come in your unit even though you asked them to wait till you are there.they went in my unit to remove a used Syringe that was left from the last person who had the unit. I asked for them to wait 30 minutes for me to get there but they went ahead a removed the syringe before I got there and said I left my unit open. If I value my stuff enough to get a storage unit why would I leave the unit open. I take pictures of my locked unit every time now. I also can not put this review in unless I agree with the terms of this review which states that They will not compensate you for the review yet the email states that you place a review you're entered in a contest to win $250. So I had to check the box that says that I agree with it even though I don't so hopefully this gets published

We had a very seamless process to get moved in we ended up having to get a bigger unit because the original one was to small for what we needed and the staff was very accommodating to our needs was able to get in and out in a timely fashion I will be recommending this place to anyone looking for storage

The facility is what you would expect from a self storage facility. Customer service was great and we were able to secure a unit with minimal effort. We were happy with the security of the facility as we have had issues at other facilities with that before.

I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. The gentleman working the counter was polite, courteous, & efficient.

I have been there less than a year and had a rate increase about every 2 months with about 30 days notice and I have to give 30 days notice to leave.

We were currently renting a 4 x 4 climate controlled unit for $35 per month from a different company. We moved so I got a quote from the same company but a different location for a 4 x 10 climate controlled. It was $107 per month. Because Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m starting at a new location and I had to pay the $25 administration fee again. I did one last Price check and found Midgard Self Storage - Lutz. Their prices are unbelievable. I ended up renting from Midgard instead, a 4 x 7 1/2 for only $47/month. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so glad I called them. The property is cleaner and nicer.

We reserved a uhaul truck, provided payment and spoke 3 times with the manager/owner to ensure a smooth transaction. When we arrived to pick up the uhaul at the agreed upon time… there was no truck, no attendant and no one answered the phone or returned texts.

Great storage facility for the price. The premises and buildings are clean and well maintained. Gate access of 24/7 is a welcomed change from the limited access of storage facilities in California.

Easy on boarding. Clean, secure facility. Convenient location. And it's affordable!

Went in to get a unit the guys at the office were very helpful and extremely nice and patient with me while I figured what I wanted and with the paper work.

Quick n Easy. Met and exceeded our expectations.

For the price I got, and the climate controlled I was looking for, and the nearness to my house. No Brained for this guy. Two thumbs up.

Was what I expected and the lock is a bit hard to get off and on.
