Did an online rental and then found out needed special lock for $50 and monthly rental fee added to storage unit. Canceled immediately. Got cancellation email. Was told refund takes 3 -5 business days. Well we are well beyond that and cannot get anyone on the phone

Everything was great! Until nowﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ. At this time no! I am locked out of my 24-hr unit. I drove 40 mins to get here and I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get in. Message at the box ask me to see a manager
