I was told it would be 56.10 per month and second month free and that is not what I was told on arrival. I have to pay for the second month at the same rate. The web site offers this also but there is nothing the o site manager said she could do

Price is low, everything was clean. Staff was very friendly, even helped me move my mattress in, which was incredibly nice. Easy to access from the highway. Only improvement I could suggest is wider entry doors to hallway in climate controlled units.

Young lady that manages goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Very knowledgeable in the contract procedure and able to answer all my questions. The , office, grounds, and unit are extra clean and well kept. Process from move in to unload was flawless.

Our two units were dry and clean when we inspected them prior to renting. But when our things were being moved in three days later there were 4 inch long fat worm-like insects crawling around and roaches living in the rubber strip that is at the bottom of the roll-up door to each unit. And we have to go through two security doors in order to get to our air-cooled units. I know they exterminate, but somehow Mother Nature finds its way in. I'm just hoping they're not getting into my stuff (but I know they will). The office staff was always very helpful, but I know they aren't responsible for spraying for creepy crawlies.

This is a newer facility. I like the fact that the driveways are wide enough for cars to be on both sides of the storage units at the same time. There is a bathroom out by the storage area and inside the office. Clean place. Light switch at internal storage areas.

I am a long time customer of Cube Smart. While living in Virginia I rented a very large unit for two years. The facilities are clean and bug free (as per my experience). Staff always very helpful. Of note: I thought the administrative fee of $24.00 was very high.
