This is one of the few places where I was able to go and physically see the unit before I decided to rent. When I arrived and entered the office, there was an announcement that a virtual assistant would be joining me momentarily. This was a little odd but the assistant was very polite and professional. Overall the facility was very clean and the area is well maintained.

I was in a pinch and moving out and needed to store my belongings. The Rep. was very helpful and patient. We hadn't visited the storage facility first and when we arrived quickly found out that the facility does have an elevator for belongings to ride up but not for a person to ride up. I am not able to do stairs very well. I am disabled so I am on the 2nd floor and have an extremely hard time getting to the unit.

You need to tell everyone how to open the roll up overhead door. Not nowing caused problem, anxiety, and extra time getting to unit on 2nd floor. Push down on handle, put fingers behind sliding lock area, slide lock to open, lift door. Easy when you know what to do.

It is in an easy area to get to, it is always clean and everything works. They have excellent prices and fantastic customer service.

A little confusing process to get into the storage facility and the entry hours are limited. The freight elevator, to get to the second floor is temperamental. The facility is under new management, so things will likely improve on that front.
