If you rent a climate controlled unit and come in after hours make sure you contact them ahead of time otherwise you will struggle to find your unit as the instructions are lacking

There was considerable confusion as to the status of my online reservation. The rep kept telling me he couldn't find it, but after about 20 minutes he finally found it. Very nice kid, Xander was his name. I told them I wanted climate controlled and they gave me an outside unit. I had already started moving into that unit when I realized it was outdoors. Anyway they gave me a climate controlled unit for $2.00 more and I moved into it. It appears to be a very secure facility. Not only does the main gate have a code, but there's also a code to get into the building with the unit. However they failed to tell me I needed a code to get out of the main gate and there was no one at the office to let me out. So I drove around back and a customer opened the rear gate for me. They seem like nice people, just a little confused at times!

Quick registration, easy location and fairly clean facility.

Mo is exceptionally professional. We had a great experience with quick paperwork and check in. Overall, so far, we highly recommend this site. Hopefully no surprises with rate hikes in the future. We heard they can be quite brutal. Saw several people moving out for this reason. Hopefully it does not happen to us. Especially nowadays with so many struggling.

Mo was very helpful and gave us options. He took us to the unit and made sure we were satisfied.

Staff was very nice and helpful. It's in a convenient Location for me. One tip is you better be outta there when they say their closed bcuz that gate will not open but all you have to do is call a number that's given to you on their app.

The service was great. They helped my wife and I with all the great services they have which makes the moving so much easier. The unit was very clean and well maintained. I plan to stay with them and recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit.

The agent was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained the entire process and gave good advice in how to pack the storage unit to maximize the space.

Newer property, well-maintained. Very reasonable rates. Leasing and moving in are easy and can be accomplished remotely if preferred. Staff is friendly, helpful, informative, and efficient. Highly recommended.

I paid for climate controlled storage but I have had to put big buckets of RID to keep mold and mildew from getting in my items. A friend of mine who uses a different storage facility, told me if it is climate controlled you shouldn't have to do that. I am looking for another facility. There was a long time that the climate-control wasn't working because it was very hot, and you could feel and smell the dampness in the unit. I also don't understand why the labels for rating this facility as a storage unit doesn't have one for how the storage units are! You could have one that is "How good was climate control in unit?", another could be, "Any issues with moisture?" Any issues with mold and mildew?". I also don't believe that all of reviewers gave a 5 star rating.

Janet was such an amazing help! I have never had to get a Uhaul or storage unit and she explained everything I would need to know. She was also very funny which definitely helped after a long day of moving. Definitely recommend this storage facility!

Everything went very well, check in and all the paper work. Only problem once I located the assigned space that it was not well defined, rope missing and steel stakes were bent way into my area.

I did all the info possible online before my apt and it still took way too long to rent a place on open ground for my vehicle.

Been to this location many winters. Deb does a great job. It was a very smooth transaction.

Facility is VERY clean & neat both inside and out. The manager is very neat, pleasant, & knowledgeable.

Tried calling another local storage facility and had such a horrible experience before even showing up, so I call public storage. I should have called them first. Clean, safe, easy to access and Deb in the office is awesome!

5 years ago I stored my entire home in storage units here. It is a very safe and secure place, so last year I stored my Travel Trailer here. This place and Deb & Mo are Great ! 2 problems : 1) Parking in the grass & dirt. Pave these areas for storage, please, especially since 2) you raised your price in September way beyond acceptable. A $5 raise would have been ok but you went way overboard, so I went looking for and found a place for what I had been previously paying you. You lost my business by being too greedy !

We were very pleased with the storage unit that we rented for 11 months. The staff was friendly & helpful, especially Deb, the property manager. We were glad that we opted for the climate controlled unit too! It was helpful doing business online. It was recommended that we purchase a mattress cover & we did. So glad that was suggested! I think they care about our belongings & it shows. Overall, it was a great experience.

Your manager Mohammed is a great person to work with. keeps you laughing as he processes your application. Then goes through the whole list carefully and paying attention in case you have questions.

PUBLIC STORAGE IS THE THE SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE HONOR TO WORK FOR.

When I went in to pay for my storage I had forgot I had to buy a lock so I was about .75 cents short and the gentleman working put it in for me so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to get the money. He was such a sweetheart.

We were Florida snowbirds, that headed back north in June to close on a house. We shopped around at a few local storage units. Some seemed really mom & pop, in one I could not even locate the office. We had good help, nothing was available at the time of our departure, but the agent/manager in summerfield contacted us while up north and let us know of a unit the met our needs. We signed up while up north and had to be back within a week. Signed, the excess furniture was delivered by the moving company to our unit and we have been visiting our storage unit several times a week. The manager was helpful, the place is clean. and secure/
