If you rent a climate controlled unit and come in after hours make sure you contact them ahead of time otherwise you will struggle to find your unit as the instructions are lacking

There was considerable confusion as to the status of my online reservation. The rep kept telling me he couldn't find it, but after about 20 minutes he finally found it. Very nice kid, Xander was his name. I told them I wanted climate controlled and they gave me an outside unit. I had already started moving into that unit when I realized it was outdoors. Anyway they gave me a climate controlled unit for $2.00 more and I moved into it. It appears to be a very secure facility. Not only does the main gate have a code, but there's also a code to get into the building with the unit. However they failed to tell me I needed a code to get out of the main gate and there was no one at the office to let me out. So I drove around back and a customer opened the rear gate for me. They seem like nice people, just a little confused at times!

Mo is exceptionally professional. We had a great experience with quick paperwork and check in. Overall, so far, we highly recommend this site. Hopefully no surprises with rate hikes in the future. We heard they can be quite brutal. Saw several people moving out for this reason. Hopefully it does not happen to us. Especially nowadays with so many struggling.

Staff was very nice and helpful. It's in a convenient Location for me. One tip is you better be outta there when they say their closed bcuz that gate will not open but all you have to do is call a number that's given to you on their app.

I paid for climate controlled storage but I have had to put big buckets of RID to keep mold and mildew from getting in my items. A friend of mine who uses a different storage facility, told me if it is climate controlled you shouldn't have to do that. I am looking for another facility. There was a long time that the climate-control wasn't working because it was very hot, and you could feel and smell the dampness in the unit. I also don't understand why the labels for rating this facility as a storage unit doesn't have one for how the storage units are! You could have one that is "How good was climate control in unit?", another could be, "Any issues with moisture?" Any issues with mold and mildew?". I also don't believe that all of reviewers gave a 5 star rating.

Janet was such an amazing help! I have never had to get a Uhaul or storage unit and she explained everything I would need to know. She was also very funny which definitely helped after a long day of moving. Definitely recommend this storage facility!

5 years ago I stored my entire home in storage units here. It is a very safe and secure place, so last year I stored my Travel Trailer here. This place and Deb & Mo are Great ! 2 problems : 1) Parking in the grass & dirt. Pave these areas for storage, please, especially since 2) you raised your price in September way beyond acceptable. A $5 raise would have been ok but you went way overboard, so I went looking for and found a place for what I had been previously paying you. You lost my business by being too greedy !

When I went in to pay for my storage I had forgot I had to buy a lock so I was about .75 cents short and the gentleman working put it in for me so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to get the money. He was such a sweetheart.

We were Florida snowbirds, that headed back north in June to close on a house. We shopped around at a few local storage units. Some seemed really mom & pop, in one I could not even locate the office. We had good help, nothing was available at the time of our departure, but the agent/manager in summerfield contacted us while up north and let us know of a unit the met our needs. We signed up while up north and had to be back within a week. Signed, the excess furniture was delivered by the moving company to our unit and we have been visiting our storage unit several times a week. The manager was helpful, the place is clean. and secure/
