Although I have paid my monthly rents on time and in full, their disorganized accounting department has me in default. My attempts to prove that I have paid my rents has been dismissed and, today, while I was in the office trying to settle my account, I learned that my unit was about to be auctioned--today. I just returned from 4 months travels, had received no notice of the impending auction, and, had I not been there in person, I would have come back to an empty unit. As it is, I am locked out of the gate until I come up with their extortionate "late" charges. Run. Don't walk. The prices look low, but you and your belongings are their hostages.

Customer service is a joke here. Manager is aggressive, hostile, argumentative. Then tried to steal my money after hanging up on me 3 times. Still waiting on a call from her district manager Anthony. I had to escalate a complaint to him. Run don't walk.

Was told that I would receive one months free rent when calling for quote. Was also told that person would be on site from 9 till 6. Drove 7 hours to find no one in the office. Called national number but they had no contact info on their own employee. Employee showed up. Was then told that there is no free one months rent but if I could get someone from home office to let them know they would fix it. That has been a huge hassle. Did a contract while I was thereﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.then they send another one. Contract sent via email makes you sign up for insurance even though I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want it. This should be a very simple transactionﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ rent space and pay you for itﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.huge hassle.
