The move in was easy. All the paperwork is online and their staff can be easily reached for any questions. The building is very clean, super safe and it's a great place to store your extra shtuff. :)

My first experience with any storage company. The storage unit was being rented by the amazing company I work for, to store my belongings while the damage to my home, due to hurricane Irma, was being repaired. I was under a lot of stress when I arrived, having just taken my dog to the emergency vet, and Edith was an angel! We bonded quickly, as we had a lot in common; both of our homes were damaged in hurricane Irma, she also has a dog and was sympathetic to my concern, and when I told her my 90 year old mom was waiting in the car she shared that her dad is 91 and she plays a big role in his care and that she wanted to get me through the process as fast as possible to get me back to my mom. The experience couldn't have been more pleasant and it's always a blessing when you cross paths with wonderful, compassionate people like Edith!

Edith was wonderful. She showed a clean,, well light unit and hall ways were the same. She was very helpful and sweet. She is a great asset to a business. thank you.

This is my first experience with a storage unit, and I was delighted to meet Edith and learn that she is responsible for this location. She was about to walk the property when I knocked on the window, and she promptly turned the "Back in x minutes" sign around to answer my questions. She knew her inventory and efficiently explained choices and costs. She walked me to the unit available, and pointed out a good alternate route as well. She answered all my questions, gave me wise counsel on box sizes, representing the company well and professionally. It's clear she takes pride in her work and thrives on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Store 08723 is always clean, organized and helpful! Edith is probably the best manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's always very sweet & courteous to customers. A great help for the two years that I've had my furniture in storage here. Will definitely recommend this location to friends & family! The on site property manager (Edith) goes above and beyond expectations when assisting tenants. She is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional in her dealings with the public. This facility is always clean and well maintained.
