The staff was very friendly and inviting. The facility was clean and well lit.

The process to reserve a space is excellent. I do believe it would be good, however, to have the list of "extra" rates available (approximate lock, insurance, taxes, etc. costs) on the website when someone makes their reservation so they are not surprised, as I was, when they arrive to pay for their unit.

Great customer service. Much better rates than competitors. Highly recommend this company. At first I went to a competitor who basically treated me like, he didn't have time for me. Would not listen to my needs, and kept telling me , I was wrong. Needless to say I walked out. Went down the road about a half a mile and pulled into Public Storage. From the moment I walked through the door I was listened to and treated with respect. Got exactly what I wanted. Great price! The gentlemen in the office are top notch employees that take pride in their work. So glad I went to Public Storage.

Great facility. Clean, secure. Very attentive service. Only downside is that 10x15 unit is only actually 10x13 which shorts me 20 sq.ft. of storage space.

Everything was great except your Internet ads are very deceiving. Our bill said 50% off labor day special. Did not happen. Your ad says 1st month $1.00. Did not happen. Make all the excuses in the world.

Bill was very helpful and helped my mom and I look for a storage unit for our car due to the hurricane Irma. We booked a storage unit last minute so there was none available left. But Bill kept trying to help us and was patience by calling other locations, and luckily enough their was one storage available at Melbourne. Thank you Bill for your best service!

This is my second experience with a Public Storage. My first was in Ohio, the service there was fine...nothing overly spectacular but nothing horrible either, just so so. My second experience was at the one in Melbourne Fl located of Wickham. I was impressed with this facility. Bill and Cory were the two working the day I came to sign my paper work. I had reserved the unit online and was going to ask to see it first but they suggested it before I could ask. Bill walked me out and told me all about their location and the security and so on. He spoke to me as a person and not just a number/customer like most places do these days. I was very pleased with my initial visit and have nothing but high hopes for the duration of time I will be doing business with them. I would recommend them to someone looking to rent a unit.

We needed a storage locker for a month while we were moving, so I went online to find one that was safe and that was recommended. There were so many over-the-top reviews, I was convinced the location in Melbourne was the one. We went there just to check it out and were immediately impressed with the people, their procedures for safety and the tour of the facility that led to our locker. They make sure our gate code worked and gave us a detailed briefing to include everything we would need to know. This is a first class operation, and we feel our valuables will be totally safe here. Linda was awesome!!! So nice, friendly and helpful. She made everything enjoyable and explained it all to us. I had called in the day before for information and was helped and given a reservation which was nice. Postive experience from start to finish.

We use the Melbourne Florida location. Linda is great she is one of the reasons we went with public storage. The facility is safe clean and has climate control. In my opinion can't get better than here.

This is our first time renting a storage unit. The person on the phone was helpful with hints about Rid Damp etc The person at the facility was the nicest friendliness person and carefully explained how everything worked. She was very patient with all my questions.

Easy to book on the phone and then on site Linda's help was exceptional. Happy to work with Public Storage again. Have leased with you before.
