I called other places close by with no availability. This place is tucked away off the main street. I found it via the internet and wow what a nice surprise! I spoke with staff at both the upper organization level as well as the local level. All staff I spoke and interacted with were both knowledgable and very polite. Making my reservation online was easy and accurate. I didn't have to pay ahead to hold my reservation several days ahead of time. Joseph at the local location is great! When we spoke on the phone he made sure I understood exactly what was available and what wasn't. No surprises when I arrived! When I arrived, he showed me the exact unit I would be renting BEFORE I paid. The longest part was the paperwork but that is because he explained all policies. I appreciate their adherence to the policies as that makes it a clean safe facility. By renting 2 months right away I took advantage of their special 2 months at half price( a one time service fee). 2 months inside a climate controlled, locked fenced unit for < $80. A great price compared to the other $120/month places that had no availability.

The location is convenient and the price was amazing! Joe has phenomenal customer service and was so awesome to meet! He even provided us with some much needed ice cold water to refresh us during the move! Definitely recommend and look forward to more conversations with Joe!
