I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care for how they have the carts locked up and you have to get a key from the office or you have to call them ahead of time to leave a key in your unit.

Service excellence! From the initial intake calls with Joshua to my actual move-in date with David, I was very pleased. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional and knowledgable, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the variety of resources & services available for customers. Are you familiar with that sour taste you get in your mouth with the mere thought of having to rent a storage unit, go through all the motions to finally get to the door of your unit & open it so you can start moving your belongings into it.... Well you can kiss that sour taste in your mouth goodbye because you're going to gobble up this storage facility in Melbourne called Value Store It . I was so impressed from the minute I walked in until the minute I finished & walked out with a smile on my face. The customer service is incredible. The prices are incredible & the facility is absolutely brand new. Happy Moving !

Facility is brand new and the staff were excellent to work with.
