The facility was clean, temperature was perfect, and there are a million security measures so that theft is almost impossible.

Brand new facility so it is super clean and the man who works there is super friendly and kind. Only downfall is lack of elevators, there are only 2, one near the front up a bunch of stairs or a ramp and the other at the loading area which creates a good deal of bottlenecking.

Only issue is that I placed my daughter and her room mate as allowed to access the storage rental as it was for them for summer storage form U Miami. Unfortunately that info from the on line rental did not get to the local facility, so I needed to be contacted to give verbal permission for them to enter. The info should have been passed along from the in line reservation allowing them access as requested.
