I spoke with Alex, and I have pictures of the online page where I selected “climate control”, the manager said there isn’t any climate control. I selected “individual, 12 month lease” the manager said 12 month only for business. The tag in the unit reads “clean”, it was dirty with pieces if glass. The manager was very nice but the facility doesn’t match his kindness.
