Place was clean and the customer service rep there was excellent. However, the exit gate was open and remains open even after hours. It may be broken but it's been a few days now. Hope they fix it soon. All I have are boxes of general items that I stored for two years now and need to go through, but I'm sure there are people who have valuable items stored at this location.
