My experience has been excellent. I've tried other storage companies and I was quite pleased when I visited Public Storage. One of my biggest concern was going to my storage unit at night but I was happy to find enough lighting and felt secure. The store manager gave me different options to choose from and offered a great deal.

Truthfully, I had shopped around and this was not the cheapest unit but was happy with the facility, unit, and the customer service provided bye Nicolas. I was in storage unit B255 for almost six months. Sandy the property manager was very sweet and kind since she took over as the new property manager. The units are very clean and safe. I recommend this storage facility.

This facility was clean, accessible, and very reasonably priced. All staff I interacted with was professional, courteous, and communicated very well. I'd like to highlight Sandy and Josephine in particular, Sandy being the property manager. These ladies were very helpful, and helped me to move out quickly and efficiently when I was ready. Highly recommended for storage needs.

Received a call from Sandy A. post Hurricane Irma to advise that there was water damage in the building where my unit was located and that there would be help onsite to assist with any moving that needed to be done. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sandy A. with a smile and she did everything to accommodate my needs and that of other customers as well. She was very patient, as was the rest of the staff. It made the situation of having to move/dispose contents from my unit to another unit seamless considering all the work that needed to be done. If only all businesses provided this same type of customer service!

After the hurricane got a call from the property manager sandy to make an appointment due to possible water damage. When we arrived she was extremely helpful!! Despite a stressful situation she really helped put our minds at ease and ensured us that if any damage was found we would be moved to a new unit and get the help needed. This was a great experience! Thankfully no damage was found!

They said gate access is from 6:00 am to 9:00pm , what they don't tell you if you start to bring things after office hour they lock the dolly, until next day at office hour. In that period of time you have to carry your things using your own arm.
