From start to finish the sign up process was very nice. The lady that worked there was very nice and thorough with the paperwork down to taking me to my unit. The place is well lit, cameras and safe.

Mr. Anthoy the Public Service agent who showed me around and rented me the unit was very professional and a good example of what a great employee is. He explained everything and made sure to answer all my questions and told me about all the supplies that are available. Thank you for your excellent service.

Reserved a storage online for 56 dollars when I get there it's a top unit and the guy said I would have to load everything on a latter to get it up to the storage....no where in the email or website did it specify that it was a top unit or that we would have to load it on a ladder....explain how a women can load a two bedroom apt on a ladder..showed up with a moving truck and had to go to a different location and pay double..,.horrible customer experience and false advertisement

Even though they ARE worth it. The Lock prices are too expensive. This statement contradicts itself, I know, howwvee, everybody storing should have that valuable commodity. It is a great lock.

Awesome customer service! We had to rent a unit because the new place where we were moving to was not ready, and we found a space quickly and at a great price. The leasing process went on smoothly. Antony and Josephine saved our day! They took away a lot of stress out of the process.

The manager Josephiny was very nice very helpful answered every question me and my boyfriend had with no problem even though we may have asked a lot. She gave us a wonderful tour even though it was raining she still helps us unlike others that has told us to come back another day I'm happy to say that I chose a great storage location!!????

My experience was unique. Although the system was not working and the paperwork had to be done by hand, Josephine, made the process painless. She had great energy and a positive attitude. She was fantastic, explaining every step of the way. She was really nice to work with. I would recommend this storage company. Ask for Josephine, she will help you with a smile. ??

I'm very pleased with the unit it was clean and so were the surroundings. Josephine was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend it to my friends and family. I was very happy with the online rate I got considering that I will need the unit for a little while.

Only the front half of storage units have AC. Back part of storage units are hot and humid. Other than that, it's a very nice place.

Public storage is a very safe and humble storage unit, if it wasn't for that $1 first month I would've had no money for my family. We're going thru hard times and I'm gonna recommend public storage to friends and family.

I don't understand how such as large company does not accept debit. There should be more payment options when paying in person. The hassel of going to an ATM is frustrating. There's too many stipulations.
