Great, the 5x5 was perfect for me, the entire facility has air conditioning, easy access, easy parking, perfect elevators and cars that help you go up if you have to go to a high floor, I give 10

The staff is attentive, however unit is very humid and does not look as clean.

We were greeting and all our choices were presented. the gentlemen helped us in making a better decision because of our uncertainties of time for our items. The young man was very friendly, helpful and happy to serve.

The manager of the location where I rented Was exceptionally helpful and patient with my wife and I. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable that our belongings are safe while they are stored here. All of the staff there were very friendly made us smile every time they saw us they keep the buildings and outside area very clean. I can't say enough about them.

Finally I found a location that's clean both the store its self as well as the units. If you despise moving the way I do and you want things to go as smooth as possible come to this location. I was greeted by Sara ( who spoke English hallelujah!!) She was fast, knowledgeable and professional. Some people hate their jobs but she had a true passion for what she dose. You don't find that type of service anymore in Miami. I called my sister right away and told her to move her stuff to this store too. I was really worried about the cost but Sara gave me plenty of options which really put my mind at ease. Never again will I waste my time and money going anywhere else. Thank you Sara for caring and treating me like I was VIP!!!!

Was looking for a storage to put all my things and they were all outrageously expensive. Came to this location and Adonis was extremely helpful explaining all the details of the property. Got a great deal too!

This public storage is one of the best I have ever had to us. The staff has a grate happy attitude that makes u smile and make you feel as if you are in your own home. Fast efficient and with out a doubt the best service I have ever seen and had at a public storage facility. I love every one here for the go to attitude and the smiles that they give you. I honestly recommend this public storage to all who are looking to get storage needs.

The reservation process was simple and quick providing some extra saving on monthly cost, no pre-determined minimum contract adhesion period. The staff at the site was professional and well trained. Access to the storage good.. The only issue was, still is, the sliding locker of the door, which is misaligned and give some hard time to operate when closing the door.

The team at Public Stores was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and committed to do whatever it took to make my experience memorable.

This location is very professional. The entire place is very clean. Answers to all of my questions. Very friendly group at the office. The entire place is quite and the security is great.

Love how easy it was to get our unit. This is out second time with Public Storage and would go back if the need ever occurs. Added bonus of utility carts available in the new unit building. I only wish the carts were more available outside of office hours. Otherwise, they are awesome!

I'm very happy renting a space for my belongings with Public Storage. The space is SUPER CLEAN and so are all the areas I have observed. Olga treated me super nice from the time I got into the office. I appreciate they took the time to call me to remind me that my payment was due instead of just charging me for delay.
