A better system is needed. The staff lock the doors too often during business hours. Customers have to stand outside and wait for an employee. Today for instance, I had to wait a total of 40 minutes to return a dolly . Maybe there should be more than 1 employee on staff.

Friendly customer service rep. Laid out prices and options clearly. Reserved the space with a first months 1$ special... when I got there I found out those lockers are about 12 feet off the ground and I would need to haul my stuff in a ladder to get in there. Since that was not a option for me I have to take the more expensive storage area without the $1 special.
