It was very easy to do all the paperwork online. I like the fact there is covered parking because it rained when I moved in.

Latoya and Dennis from the Public Storage on Biscayne and 115th were very accommodating and helpful. I did not give it 5 stars because I do wish the access hours were longer.

the facility is very good, the employees very nice. ** Details on the web page should be more specific, you need to enter the correct measurements of the units (width, depth, height measurements) I reserve a unit 5x10 fall special $27.00, When I got there they said it was the locker (5x10x4).

So thankful for the incredible service this location provides. Moving in and those in and outs couldn't be more smooth. When needed, like this week, their service is above and beyond. Additionally, the place is clean, air conditioned and that means a great deal to me. Many thanks to John Sanders and Dolly for their great work.

So far, every employee has been helpful and patient in explaining storage options, and the facility seems a very secure place to store one's belongings. The location is great and prices are in line with other storage facilities in the area.
